About This Position As an Outside Sales Representative, you\'ll earn commission-only compensation as you meet with homeowners, inspect roofs and exteriors, educate customers on their options, and guide projects from initial conversation through signed agreement. You\'ll work your territory, run in-home appointments, perform property assessments, and present solutions that help homeowners protect their biggest investment. This role includes both retail sales and insurance restoration pathways when homes qualify. We provide structured training including classroom instruction, field ride-alongs with experienced reps, roleplay coaching, and ongoing support so you\'re set up to succeed. The demand for roofing and exterior services is consistent year-round, creating steady opportunity for those willing to work the system.
Qualifications / Expectations
Strong communication skills and professional presence with homeowners
Coachable and willing to follow proven systems and processes
Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons and physically active
Able to climb ladders and get on roofs for property inspections
Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver\'s license required
