We are seeking a results‑oriented Parts Sales Manager with strong aftermarket experience in forklift, industrial equipment, or parts distribution environments. This role focuses on expanding aftermarket revenue, improving dealer stocking performance, and strengthening adoption of OEM parts programs. Key Responsibilities

Grow aftermarket parts sales by developing and executing dealer‑focused strategies and improvement plans. Conduct dealer visits, review parts performance, evaluate inventory levels, and implement stocking optimization. Promote OEM parts programs, service kits, campaigns, and seasonal initiatives to increase dealer loyalty and purchase share. Provide parts and technical product training to dealer personnel to improve adoption and accuracy. Analyze fill rates, inventory turns, aged stock, and lost sales while initiating corrective actions with dealers. Maintain a structured opportunity pipeline with accurate CRM reporting and KPI tracking. Coordinate with internal teams on forecasting, promotions, supply chain planning, and product availability. Attend industry events and leverage relationships to uncover new aftermarket revenue opportunities. Qualifications

Minimum of three years of aftermarket, parts sales, or service operations experience within forklift or heavy industrial sectors. Strong understanding of dealer operations, parts cataloging, and inventory management practices. Proven ability to influence dealer stocking decisions and drive measurable aftermarket improvements. Self‑driven and accountable with strong analytical and communication skills. Ability to travel as required.
