We are looking for
Sales Account Manager – DACH (Mid-market or Enterprise)
to join our client - a fast-growing cloud-based SaaS software company, one of the leading providers in Europe. This position blends big-picture planning, strong business sense, and senior stakeholder engagement. You will shape and implement customized account approaches that increase customer impact, strengthen enduring collaborations, and contribute to revenue expansion within complex logistics environments. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Achieve revenue objectives by designing and carrying out a clear sales approach aimed at expanding and maintaining relationships with key international accounts of strategic importance. Establish trusted partnerships, uncover and assess new opportunities, and oversee the full sales journey within assigned accounts through networking as well as up- and cross-selling efforts, in close cooperation with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams. Evaluate client operational needs and convert them into tangible opportunities, conduct ROI assessments, clearly communicate the value we deliver throughout the sales cycle, coordinate product presentations (with Pre-Sales and Customer Success), prepare tailored proposals, and finalize agreements. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: German at business professional level Fluent command of English Ideally, solid knowledge of logistics and supply chain workflows Proven initial success in B2B enterprise SaaS sales or account management, applying a structured, value-based selling approach Comfortable building networks and long-term client relationships, with confidence engaging senior leaders and C-level stakeholders Ability to perform well in a fast-moving, evolving environment Entrepreneurial attitude with strong self-motivation, resilience, energy, and focus on results WHAT WE OFFER: The opportunity to be part of our client's international Sales team, a work environment where autonomy, self-management, thinking outside of the box, and being proactive are key.
