Overview
OneTablet is hiring a high-output Account Executive (Full Cycle) to sell into restaurants and hospitality operators. This role is built for someone 1–2 years out of college who is hungry, competitive, and ready to learn fast. You will own the full sales cycle—cold outreach → demo → close → activation—helping restaurant owners solve “Tablet Hell” by consolidating DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub into a single interface. This is a NYC-based, 5-days-in-office position with a high-energy sales culture, tight execution standards, and real upside for top performers. About OneTablet

Own the entire sales process from first touch through activation Run high-volume outbound via phone, text, and email Book and run demos with restaurant owners and operators Close deals quickly in a short-cycle SMB environment Consultative Selling (ROI Focused)
Sell outcomes, not features Help operators understand their current “labor waste” and the improved future state with OneTablet Clearly articulate how reducing multiple tablets improves speed, accuracy, and workflow Pipeline & CRM Discipline
Maintain clean CRM activity and follow-ups (HubSpot) Manage a high-velocity pipeline without leads going cold Track next steps, deal stages, and outcomes with precision Requirements
Experience 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or high-output environments Strong preference for candidates with exposure to hospitality (restaurant, service industry, etc.) Comfort speaking with business owners and operators Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent High urgency and strong work ethic Nice to Have
Understanding of restaurant operations, delivery apps, and POS systems Familiarity with DoorDash / Uber Eats / Grubhub dynamics Prior experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
