
Sales Development Representative (SDR) – R&M Listings

Way.com is the largest car services marketplace in the United States, connecting millions of drivers with auto repair, car washes, parking, and other vehicle services.
The Repair & Maintenance (R&M) team is responsible for expanding marketplace coverage by onboarding auto repair shops and service centers onto Way.com, increasing consumer choice and geographic density across the platform.
Role Overview
We are hiring an in-office SDR to support the R&M Listings team at our Fremont headquarters. This role is focused on calling auto repair shops and getting them listed on Way.com. This is a quota-carrying SDR role with commission, measured by the number of shops successfully listed per month. While this is not complex SaaS sales, it is a performance-driven role that requires consistency, strong phone skills, and the ability to clearly communicate value to small business owners. This role is ideal for early-career SDRs or candidates looking to build sales fundamentals in a structured, in-office environment. Responsibilities
Call auto repair shops and service centers to offer listing on Way.com Explain the benefits of being listed on a high-traffic consumer marketplace Handle basic objections and common questions Collect and verify required business information for listings Guide shops through the listing and onboarding process Maintain accurate activity and listing data in CRM systems Meet or exceed monthly shop-listing quotas Collaborate closely with R&M operations and sales leadership Quota & Compensation
Monthly quota based on number of shops listed Commission paid per completed and approved listing Competitive base salary for junior SDR roles Total compensation intentionally lower than outbound SaaS SDR roles due to scope and deal complexity Ideal Candidate Profile
0–2 years of experience in sales, SDR, or phone-based roles Strong verbal communication and professional phone presence Comfortable speaking with US-based small business owners High activity tolerance and consistent work ethic Coachable and process-oriented Prior SDR experience is a plus but not required
