
We are looking for a reliable, organized Sales Assistant to support our sales team and help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes, learning how sales and business operations work, and growing into a larger role over time.
This is an entry level position, but we expect you to be proficient with computers and Excel as a minimum. What is more important though is someone with a great attitude, reliable, and has a strong willingness to learn and grow. AI knowledge is a bonus
This is a long-term, in-person position for someone looking to build stability and grow with a company
What You’ll Do
Assist the sales team with organization, follow-ups, and scheduling Help keep sales information organized and up to date Work with spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets) to track basic sales activity Assist with preparing quotes, proposals, and other sales materials Communicate professionally with customers and internal team members Help improve simple processes and workflows over time Attend occasional trade shows or events Perform light warehouse and inventory-related tasks as needed Skills & Experience
Prior office, sales support, admin, or customer service experience is helpful but not required Comfortable using computers, excel, and basic software Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Nice to Have (Not Required)
Experience with Excel or Google Sheets Exposure to sales, data, or business operations Interest in learning AI or automation tools over time What We’re Looking For
