
A leading international law firm seeks an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join its dynamic, team‑oriented practice group. This role supports a high-volume commercial real estate practice and offers the opportunity to work closely with attorneys on complex transactions.
Responsibilities
Draft real estate documents, including deeds, easements, leases, assignments, affidavits, closing statements, and financing statements Prepare initial drafts of leases and lease abstracts Review title, survey, and plats; prepare title memos and objection letters Order, review, and summarize UCC searches, litigation searches, and zoning reports Create and monitor transaction timelines and closing checklists Manage multiple transactions concurrently, ensuring timely closings Create entities and file entity formation documents Maintain organized files, checklists, and deadline tracking for ongoing matters Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent relevant experience Minimum 3 years of real estate, real estate lending, title, survey review, contract review, or general transactional experience Strong technical ability, including proficiency with Microsoft Word (editing, redlines, Styles) and working knowledge of Excel Excellent written and verbal communication; strong proofreading and organizational skills Ability to manage competing deadlines, work independently, and demonstrate high attention to detail Motivated, proactive, and eager to take ownership of complex assignments Experience in a law firm, corporate real estate department, or title company preferred Details
