What You'll Do We’re looking for a proactive, resourceful content specialist who thrives on taking initiative. This role is more than writing; it’s about spotting gaps, reaching out across teams, and driving solutions. If you see something, you say something—and then you do something. You’ll create, review, and edit technical content that empowers customers, service partners, and retailers through clear, actionable resources.
HOW YOU’LL HELP US WIN
Create and maintain technical support knowledge content for a global audience consisting of multiple consumer groups
Enhance customer-facing content (FAQs, troubleshooting, SOPs, replacement instructions) to keep pace with rapidly changing processes and technology.
Contribute to the strategy and execution of knowledge base growth for current and upcoming products, policies, and processes.
Proactively identify knowledge gaps and take ownership of closing them.
Build strong cross-functional relationships with Product Design, Engineering, and Instructional Design teams to anticipate evolving product issues and develop efficient diagnostic steps.
Serve as a connector between Operations, Engineering, and Training teams to align knowledge content with learning initiatives.

Degree in English, Technical Writing, or related field preferred.
2–3 years’ experience in technical support and/or writing technical knowledge content and troubleshooting processes preferred.
Ability to learn and communicate mechanical and technological concepts quickly and effectively.
Understanding of content usability principles and ability to apply them creatively.
Excellent grammar, writing skills, and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment with shifting deadlines.
Strategic thinker who can work independently while following best practices.
Effective at building professional interdepartmental relationships.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and taking initiative to clarify and resolve issues.
