Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Civil Designer based in Phoenix, AZ, with some flexibility for remote work. The Civil Designer will work on civil engineering projects, including analyzing project requirements, assisting in the design of civil infrastructure systems, and preparing plans and technical documentation. The role also involves coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, conducting site assessments, adhering to project timelines, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Qualifications
Proficiency in civil engineering software and design tools, including MicroStation*, AutoCAD and Civil 3D Ability to conduct site assessments, prepare technical documentation, and analyze project requirements Experience in land development, stormwater management, and infrastructure planning Strong understanding of industry standards, engineering codes, and regulatory requirements Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering or related field EIT certification or intent to pursue licensure is a plus Experience in transportation or water resource projects is an advantage
