Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager located in Olathe, KS. The Account Manager will oversee relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing their landscaping needs. Daily responsibilities include managing client accounts, coordinating landscaping projects, communicating with clients to understand their goals, and serving as the primary point of contact. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with team members, providing estimates, maintaining schedules, and building long-term relationships with stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills, including the ability to build relationships, resolve client inquiries effectively, and provide professional and timely responses
Project management, time management, and organizational skills to coordinate schedules and oversee landscaping projects
2 years experience in the green industry in a client facing role

Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities to address client needs and challenges effectively
Proficiency with software tools and ability to utilize them to manage client accounts, schedules, and documentation
Self-motivated and able to work on-site in a team-oriented environment
Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel locally within the Kansas City area
Previous experience in account management or a related role is preferred
