Responsibilities
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements
Previous State Farm experience working in an Agent's office is required
Ability to work as part of a team
Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas
Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life
People-oriented
Organizational skills
Self-motivated
Detail oriented
Dedicated to customer service
Experience in a variety of computer applications, particularly ECRM/Necho/Windows/Microsoft Office
Pride in getting work done accurately and timely
Ability to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews
Property and Casualty license (must have currently)
Must have LSA/SSA/AAPA or be able to obtain and maintain throughout your career
Life and Health license (must have currently)
Selected candidate is expected to remain current in product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education
Bachelor\'s degree preferred
