We are seeking a driven, results-oriented
Account Manager
to lead and expand key client relationships within our executive search practice. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in account management, recruiting, or consultative sales who thrives in a high-performance, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile client accounts Partner with clients to understand talent needs, hiring priorities, and business objectives Oversee the full search process in collaboration with internal recruiters and research teams Manage client expectations, deliver market insights, and ensure successful placement outcomes Develop new business opportunities within existing accounts Drive search strategy, timelines, and execution with urgency and precision What We’re Looking For:
At least 3+ years of account management, recruiting, or sales experience (executive search experience preferred) Strong communication skills and executive presence Proven ability to manage complex projects and client relationships Self-motivated, competitive, and thrives under pressure Background in manufacturing, supply chain, or technology industries is a plus Why join JMJ Phillip:
