Strategic Account Manager (SAM)
who can own key markets—including
Power Generation, Lifting Apparatus, Military, and emerging industries —and turn opportunity into revenue. You’ll be the force connecting customers with innovation, insight, and best‑in‑class engineering. If you excel at opening doors, uncovering needs, and closing strategic deals… we want you on our team. What You’ll Do (and Own)
Grow, grow, grow —develop and execute annual sales strategies that expand revenue, customers, and market presence. Identify new applications, market segments, and opportunities where our custom electromechanical solutions deliver unmatched value. Build deep, trusted relationships with decision‑makers across targeted industries. Track competitive activity and bring forward ideas that keep us ahead of the curve. Provide actionable market intelligence—trends, forecasts, customer insights—to guide strategy and product development. Communicate potential business opportunities clearly and confidently to leadership and cross‑functional teams. Own the CRM—drive pipeline accuracy, visibility, and disciplined reporting. Partner with Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to replicate wins, build customer success stories, and support new product innovation. Stay sharp—network, attend industry events, and remain plugged into market developments. What You Bring to the Table
Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus). 3+ years of successful technical B2B sales experience with
custom electromechanical or power transmission products . Experience with
power generation, lifting equipment (winches, windlasses), and/or military markets . Experience with
PMAC motors
and niche industrial applications is a strong advantage. Proven track record in lead generation, strategic selling, and account expansion. Skills That Make You a Standout
Excellent communicator—clear, confident, and customer‑focused. Strong self‑starter with the drive to independently build business and close deals. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple opportunities at once. Exceptional relationship‑builder with technical fluency and commercial insight. Travel Requirements
Willing and able to travel
40–60%
