Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Grand Prairie, TX, for an Inside Sales Representative. The role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering top-notch customer service. The successful candidate will handle lead generation, conduct product presentations, and manage client accounts effectively to drive sales growth. Additional responsibilities include promptly addressing customer inquiries and collaborating with the internal teams to meet and exceed sales targets. Track, analyze and effectively communicate sales activity. Maintain rapport with customers by making periodic contact, investigating new opportunities, and resolving problems. Continually monitor industry competition and regularly communicate findings to management. Comfortable working by phone and e-mail and/or meeting with customers in person as needed. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, customers, and deadlines. Calculate and quote prices to current and potential customers. Provide information (verbal, electronic, and/or written form) about the company and our products. Take orders and close transactions. Foster and operate in a continuous improvement environment. Must have experience with Microsoft Office Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, prioritize, and execute work activities. This is a salary non-exempt position, which is eligible for overtime. A minimum of forty (40) hours a week is required. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Some travel to trade shows and technical conferences may be required. PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This position is moderately sedentary with the majority of the work done on a computer in an office environment. Regular communications via e-mail and phone is necessary. SAFETY
Safety glasses, hearing protection, and other PPE may be required in production areas. WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position operates in a professional office environment and requires the use of standard office equipment. The position may occasionally require exposure to the production areas. REASONING ABILITY
