Overview

We are seeking an energetic and strategic sales manager to lead revenue growth for our cork-based product lines across the home, office, and leisure goods sectors. This role will drive market expansion, cultivate key client relationships, and develop sales strategies that position our brand as a leader in sustainable, innovative cork solutions. Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to grow revenue in target markets (home décor, office supplies, leisure goods, and lifestyle accessories). Identify new market opportunities, product niches, and distribution channels. Set and manage sales targets, budgets, pipeline forecasts, and performance KPIs. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, designers, and B2B partners. Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions with key accounts. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Market Insights & Collaboration: Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and consumer preferences. Collaborate with product development, marketing, and production teams to align offerings with market needs. Provide feedback on product performance and customer demands. Manage CRM data, sales reporting, and sales tools to ensure accurate forecasting and visibility. Attend trade shows, events, and exhibitions to promote products and build brand awareness. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience). 3–7+ years of sales experience, preferably within home goods, office products, lifestyle/leisure goods, or sustainable materials industries. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Familiarity with eco-friendly or natural materials Ability to travel for client visits, trade shows, and industry events.
