Call Center Agent / Appointment Setter
Join our dynamic team as a motivated Call Center Agent and Appointment Setter! In this exciting role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our sales professionals by connecting with potential clients through phone and email. Your main focus will be to help our team achieve their monthly meeting goals by scheduling appointments effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided lists.
Respond to inbound calls and assist prospective clients promptly.
Maintain detailed and accurate logs of calls, including attempts and outcomes.
Follow up with prospects who could not be reached initially.
Provide essential information about our products and services to prospects.
Schedule one-on-one or group consultations between clients and Sales Representatives.
Address basic questions and concerns to build interest and establish trust.
Requirements and Skills:
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent listening capabilities with great attention to detail.
Professional phone etiquette with a courteous and confident demeanor.
Persuasive, results-driven, and able to handle rejection with professionalism.
Quick and effective learner, retaining knowledge of products and services.
Reliable telephone line for nationwide calls and stable Wi-Fi connection.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Prior experience in customer service, telemarketing, or sales support (preferred).
Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
Strong knowledge of customer service principles and best practices.
