
Job Summary
To perform sales forecasting and business planning. This role leverages data and business intelligence to guide decision-making, optimize trade investments, and enhance customer engagement. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance. Job Description - Build and maintain sales forecasts at brand, customer, and channel levels; monitor performance against plan and highlight risks/opportunities. - Support annual and quarterly sales planning processes, aligning customer strategies with brand and financial objectives. - Develop and automate reporting dashboards (using Excel, Power BI or similar BI tools) to monitor sales performance, pricing, and promotion ROI. - Conduct syndicated data analysis (Nielsen, IRI, Circana, Madrid, etc.) and retailer POS reporting to identify trends and business opportunities. - Support Sales Strategy Manager to translate insights into actionable sales programs and trade strategies. - Evaluate trade promotion effectiveness and provide recommendations for improved ROI. - Prepare data-driven customer presentations and selling stories that influence retailer decisions. - Deliver competitive, category, and marketplace insights to support go-to-market strategies.
