The Sales Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Sales Team and will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing administrative processes and driving internal communications across multiple departments. This role works closely with Sales, Finance and Logistics to ensure a seamless operational flow, maintain strong customer relationships and drive the success of the business. Responsibilities
Customer Service / Account Management: Provide prompt, excellent customer service and support via email and phone; follow up with existing accounts; develop new leads; provide aging reports and financial reconciliation for the Sales Operations team; coordinate with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable to ensure payments match orders; perform refund reconciliation for outstanding order balances; support the sales team via reporting, customer follow-up and ad hoc requests. Administrative Duties: Serve as the first point of contact for clients; collect proper forms and documents; maintain strong client relationships; prepare daily status reports; update the Sales Database daily; resolve system synching issues and communicate next steps; assist Account Managers with Finance and Logistics; review PACT Act news and regulations and their effects on the industry. Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a similar role Strong internal and client-facing communication skills Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills Experience with ERP and/or CRM systems Experience using and multi-tasking within the Salesforce platform Passion for customer success and value creation Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure and tight delivery timeframes Ability to work well in a team or independently High degree of tact, initiative, accuracy, judgment and interpersonal skills Motivation to contribute to growth in business administration, development and sales This hybrid role is based out of our Los Angeles HQ and requires 2-3 days per week in office. Compensation : The compensation range for this role is $68,500 - $70,000. Individual compensation is determined based on experience and skillset. Perks and Benefits
