Your tasks
You will represent one of the leading brands in the HVAC distribution channel for York Factory Direct promoting the Bosch portfolio in the assigned market. You will also become a member of a highly motivated, winning team fostering an inclusive and positive culture.
You will be responsible for selling Residential and Commercial HVAC equipment, parts and supplies to HVAC contractors, with heavy emphasis on signing new York Dealers.
The selected candidate will develop partnerships with existing customers to increase share of wallet, while recruiting new customers into the York family to increase market share. You will represent a company proud to design, assemble and manufacture HVAC products in the USA.

Job responsibilities include: build relationships with existing customers; discuss York Factory Direct products and programs to gain more share of wallet; coach customers to utilize program features; prospect and recruit customers; create custom marketing strategies; receive support from market leaders and a marketing manager; assist customers to select best York products; negotiate prices and terms; ensure participation in training classes; leverage local service managers; perform to plan; set sales goals; other duties as assigned.
Your profile
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
5+ years of HVAC knowledge
5+ years of customer service experience
Experience supporting the sales team
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office software; strong interpersonal, customer relationship and decision-making skills; effective and professional communication and organization skills; strong analytical skills and a positive human relations orientation.
