Role Description

The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions. Key responsibilities include managing client accounts, coordinating with internal teams to ensure excellent service, and resolving client inquiries efficiently. The role also involves preparing and presenting product recommendations, assisting with underwriting processes, and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts. Qualifications
Strong customer relationship management and communication skills Proficiency in account management, client servicing, and problem-solving Basic understanding of insurance products, including Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, and Annuities Ability to manage tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines Proficiency in working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Familiarity with case design and underwriting is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred Strong proficiency with standard office software and CRM platforms
