Now Hiring: Wellness Director (Director of Nursing) – NW Oklahoma City
Iris Memory Care is the industry leader and innovator in assisted living for individuals living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Licensed Nurse to serve as our Wellness Director and lead the nursing and caregiving team at our NW Oklahoma City memory care community.
Our NW OKC community is a small, intimate assisted living setting conveniently located near the John Kilpatrick Turnpike at NW MacArthur and 122nd. We are proud to provide specialized, person-centered dementia care while creating a supportive and family-like environment for both residents and team members.

What We Are Looking For
Active Oklahoma LPN license in good standing
3–5 years nursing experience (assisted living or geriatric experience preferred)
2–4 years supervisory and staffing management experience
Experience working with seniors, especially those with dementia or cognitive impairment
Strong leadership, communication, training, and regulatory compliance skills
Detail-oriented professional with a compassionate and team-driven attitude
This role requires a leader who can support staff development, ensure regulatory compliance, and help maintain the exceptional clinical standards Iris Memory Care is known for.
