Insight Global is looking for a Collections Specialist for one of our large construction/rental companies in the Southern California area.
This position is fully remote but the candidate must be located in California.

Responsibilities
Responsible for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts
Contact customers regarding payment status
Answering incoming customer calls -- high volume
Assist with customers and profit centers to get disputed invoices resolved
Assist general contractors for specific jobs and make arrangements for joint checks
Update and amend customer maintenance information
Perform other duties as assigned by Credit Supervisor
