Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Biometrics Sales Engineer, located in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. The Biometrics Sales Engineer will be responsible for delivering technical support during the sales process, conducting product demonstrations, and addressing client inquiries on biometric solutions. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the sales team to tailor technical solutions for client needs, troubleshooting technical issues, and acting as the technical liaison between the company and its customers. Qualifications

Proficient in Sales Engineering and Technical Support Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service to build client relationships and drive engagement Excellent Communication skills for explaining technical concepts to various audiences Bachelor’s degree in Business, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related business or technical fields. Deep understanding of biometric technologies and their application in real-world scenarios. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, business-oriented terms. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a consultative approach to sales. Experience in a fast-paced sales environment with a proven track record of supporting successful sales cycles. Willingness to travel [e.g., 25-50%] to client sites, conferences, and trade shows.
