
The Pre-Litigation Paralegal – Personal Injury position is based in the Marietta or Alpharetta, GA offices. Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year. 100% employer-paid medical insurance. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Manage pre-litigation personal injury cases from intake through settlement demand Serve as primary client contact and maintain regular communication Request, organize, and review medical records and bills Coordinate with medical providers and insurance companies Prepare demand packages and settlement documentation Track case deadlines and maintain organized case files Support 4 attorneys with a manageable caseload (approximately 50 cases per attorney/paralegal team) Handle slip and fall, auto accidents, and general personal injury matters Utilize proprietary case management software (training provided) Occasional travel to other firm offices as needed Qualifications
3-5+ years of personal injury paralegal experience (pre-litigation or litigation) Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree a plus Paralegal certificate not required Experience with personal injury, workers' compensation, or criminal defense transferable Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Client-focused with professional demeanor Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment Work Environment
Full-time position based in Marietta office (preferred) or Alpharetta office 35-hour work week with flexible scheduling options In-office position with potential for occasional remote work after trust is established Professional office environment Occasional travel to other firm locations Growth Opportunity
