Expense Management Specialist
Location:
Hybrid (3 days onsite) – Carlisle, PA or Salisbury, NC
Pay Range:
$40-$45/ HOUR
Our client, a leading retail and consumer goods organization, is seeking an Expense Management Specialist to join their team. As an Expense Management Specialist, you will be part of the Infrastructure / Telecom Finance team, supporting the Telecom Expense Management function. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.
What’s the Job?
Analyze telecom invoices, identify discrepancies, and research/resolution of billing issues
Manage and track telecom expenses using Tangoe
Allocate expenses accurately to locations and departments
Review vendor contracts for rates and service level agreements (SLAs)
Prepare and deliver recurring expense and performance reports
What’s Needed?
0–2 years of experience in financial systems, expense analysis, or invoice processing
Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze large data sets
High attention to detail with strong organizational and problem solving skills
Ability to work independently after training
Strong written and verbal communication skills
