Overview

Deloitte is seeking a Valuation Analyst to work as a strategic advisor supporting clients in investment and valuation decisions, financial modeling, scenario analysis, investment assessments, complex securities, and due diligence. The role involves business case development, risk analysis, performance measurement, and stakeholder communications, leveraging data-driven insights to guide clients in optimizing value and achieving strategic objectives. Work You’ll Do

As a Valuation Analyst, you are a strategic advisor who helps clients make informed investment and valuation decisions. You will demonstrate curiosity and strong analytical skills across asset and business valuations, financial modeling, scenario analysis, investment assessments, complex securities, and due diligence. Additional responsibilities include business case development, risk analysis, performance measurement, and stakeholder communications. The Team Our Deloitte team embeds technology insights into clients’ organizational goals. Engagement teams drive value for clients and contribute to the communities in which we work. We aim to take issues to impact within and beyond a client setting. Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree completed by Spring/Summer 2026 in these or related areas of study: Business (e.g., Accounting, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Real Estate, Quantitative Finance) Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries you serve Must live within a commutable distance to your assigned office (e.g., 100-mile radius) with the ability to commute daily, if required, upon start date Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at time of employment Compensation and Other Information

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. A reasonable estimate is $85,000.
