We focus on exceptional service, and planning for the good days ahead.**Job Summary**We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated **Strategic Retirement Plan Consultant** to support financial advisors in delivering high-quality retirement plan benchmarking, provider evaluations, and consultative sales support. This role is ideal for a retirement plan professional who thrives on building relationships, improving processes, and delivering exceptional reporting and service.**Primary Responsibilities:*** Partner with financial advisors to create benchmarking analyses and comparative retirement plan reports.* Evaluate multiple retirement plan providers and platforms, highlighting strengths, gaps, and recommendations.* Provide sales support and consultative insights to help advisors win and retain retirement plan business.* Develop and refine internal processes, tools, and workflows to improve efficiency and service quality.* Create customized reporting packages, including fee comparisons, investment reviews, and service evaluations.* Deliver high-quality customer service to advisors, plan sponsors, and internal partners.* Collaborate with internal sales, product teams, and operations to ensure seamless delivery of services.* Maintain a strong working knowledge of industry regulations, retirement plan design, and market trends.**Primary Skills & Requirements:*** **Minimum 2 years of experience in the retirement plan industry** (recordkeeping, advisory, TPA, wholesaling, or related).* Strong understanding of **retirement plan fees, investments, benchmarking, and provider differences**.* Experience working directly with **financial advisors** in relationship management, sales support, or consulting capacity.* Ability to evaluate multiple vendors/providers and articulate key differences.* Proven ability to take initiative, build new processes, and create scalable systems.* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create polished reports.* **Experience with RPAG** (Retirement Plan Advisory Group) tools and benchmarking systems is a **significant plus**.* Experience in **internal sales or sales support** is a strong benefit.**What We Offer*** Competitive compensation and benefits package* Opportunities for professional growth* A collaborative, advisor-focused culture* The chance to help shape a growing retirement plan service model**About Integrity****Integrity** is one of the nation’s leading independent distributors of life, health and wealth insurance products.
