Role Overview

Initio Sphere is seeking finance professionals to join as

Private Markets Review Associates . This is

not

a traditional employment role. Analysts operate as independent contractors, activated through our certification and verification process. Once approved, Private Markets Review Associates: Are promoted within the Initio Sphere platform Analyze and review private market transactions across multiple asset classes Support investors, fund managers, and operators with deal evaluation, diligence, and reporting Provide insights on deal quality, risk, and performance assumptions Build a verified deal track record and Analyst Rating Score Certification & Rating

Senior Private Markets Review Associate Rating Score: 90–100 Pay: $150–200/hour Typical Background: Ex-investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or senior consulting professionals with 5+ years of relevant experience Lead Private Markets Review Associate Rating Score: 80–89 Pay: $100–150/hour Typical Background: Finance professionals with 3–5 years of private market analysis or due diligence experience Private Markets Review Associate / Analyst Rating Score: 60–79 Pay: $50–100/hour Typical Background: Entry to mid-level analysts with exposure to private market deal review or diligence What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Depending on certification approvals, Private Markets Review Associates may be engaged for: Private Market Deal Review Assess private market investment opportunities, including fund structures, portfolio companies, and underlying asset performance Evaluate deal quality, key assumptions, and risk factors Summarize findings in deal memos and structured reports Flag potential issues or inconsistencies for investor or manager review Review 3-statement financial models, DCFs, or other private market valuation models Conduct sensitivity and scenario analyses to validate assumptions Benchmark deal metrics against industry standards or comparable transactions Perform operational, commercial, and financial diligence Support investor decision-making with risk identification and mitigation insights Provide independent verification of transaction data Analysts may

only

perform work in categories they are approved for. Approvals are earned through assessment and performance—not tenure. How Analysts Start Earning

Complete the Analyst Certification Assessment or approved training Receive category-specific approvals (Deal Review, Financial Modeling, Due Diligence) Get verified on the platform Begin earning immediately through hourly projects and live deal work No cold applying. No unpaid “experience.” Verified analysts are actively promoted to investors and deal sponsors. To qualify, you must meet at least one of the following: Score ≥70% in at least one category of the Analyst Certification Assessment Complete Initio Sphere Financial Training Hold an active professional credential (CFA, CPA, Series 7, 63, 79, or equivalent) Analyst Rating Score & Compensation

Each analyst receives a

0–100 Analyst Rating Score , which determines visibility on the platform, approved work categories, recommended hourly rates, and eligibility for higher-complexity transactions Analysts are independent contractors, not employees Hourly rates depend on Rating Score and approval level Analysts may earn up to

10% of the first $100,000 in transaction fees Maximum deal-based earning:

$2,500 per transaction Payments issued only after successful deal completion and fee collection Initio Sphere reserves the right to revoke approvals for quality, rigor, or compliance issues Compliance Notice
