About the role The

Salesforce Administrator

is responsible for owning, optimizing, and scaling GradGuard’s Salesforce ecosystem. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Service, Operations, Data, and Engineering to ensure Salesforce enables efficient processes, trusted data, and actionable insights that support company growth and customer success.

What you\'ll do

Salesforce Administration & Ownership : Own day-to-day administration of Salesforce, including users, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings. Ensure platform stability, performance, and compliance with internal standards.

Configuration & Automation : Design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions using declarative tools including Flows, validation rules, custom objects, fields, record types, and Lightning pages. Partner with Engineering on API integrations and downstream system connections to support business needs.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Enablement : Administer and support the marketing and communications team in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including assisting with data extensions, journeys, automation, segmentation, and integrations with Salesforce core. Partner with Marketing to improve campaign reliability, personalization, and lifecycle execution.

Service Cloud Implementation & Optimization : Lead the implementation and ongoing optimization of Salesforce Service Cloud. Configure case management, routing, queues, macros, reporting, and agent workflows to improve efficiency and member experience.

Data Quality & Governance : Maintain clean, accurate, and well-governed data through validation, deduplication, and standardization practices. Establish and enforce Salesforce data governance best practices across teams.

Reporting & Insights : Create and maintain reports and dashboards that provide clear visibility into pipeline health, marketing performance, service operations, and operational outcomes. Enable leadership and stakeholders to make data-driven decisions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with Sales, Marketing, Service, Operations, Data, and Engineering to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions. Act as a trusted advisor on Salesforce capabilities and platform best practices.

User Support & Enablement : Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce support and troubleshooting. Develop training, documentation, and best practices to drive adoption and empower users.

Continuous Improvement : Stay current on Salesforce releases and platform enhancements. Proactively recommend improvements that align with GradGuard’s evolving business needs and growth plans.

Qualifications

Experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a Salesforce-focused role supporting multiple clouds.

Hands-on experience building and maintaining Salesforce Flows and declarative automation.

Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including journeys, automation, and data extensions.

Experience implementing or administering Salesforce Service Cloud or a comparable customer support platform.

Strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.

Clear communicator who works effectively across technical and non-technical teams.

Salesforce Administrator certifications preferred.
