Senior Revenue Operations Analyst San Francisco, CA (Remote) Our team is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to support revenue growth and operational scale. This role partners closely with Sales, Finance, Product, and Marketing leadership to drive strategy, improve forecasting, optimize processes, and deliver actionable insights through data. Responsibilities
Lead sales planning processes including quota, target, and territory planning Build and standardize reporting, dashboards, and forecasting to support decision-making Analyze performance metrics, customer behavior, spend, and churn to drive revenue growth Improve scalability through automation, systems, and process optimization Collaborate cross-functionally to align revenue strategy and execution Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field 3+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Strategy Experience partnering directly with sales leadership Strong analytical skills, and data visualization tools Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments Preferred: Experience with HubSpot CRM
