COMPANY: Unique Computing Solutions LOCATION: Schaumburg, IL (remote/ hybrid within 20 miles of Schaumburg) Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Compensation: $45,000 – $50,000 base salary + performance bonuses

Business Development Representative
to help us connect with local businesses and book qualified sales appointments.
What You’ll Do
Call and email local business owners and decision-makers
Introduce Unique Computing Solutions and our IT services
Qualify potential customers based on their needs
Schedule Sales Appointments
Document and track information in our CRM system
Follow-up with prospects to keep opportunities moving
Learn about IT, cybersecurity, and business technology
Who We’re Looking for
College degree min: 2yr associates (or currently finishing one)
Customer service or sales experience a plus
Comfortable speaking on the phone with business professionals
Strong communication and interpersonal skills "people person"
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Reliable, organized, and professional
Interest in technology and business solutions
Experience with MS Office Suite
Valid Driver's License + reliable transportation
This is an 8am to 5pm position (but flexible if part-time requested)
What We Offer
$45,000–$50,000 base salary + Performance-based bonuses
Flexible full-time or part-time schedule
Training in IT services, technology, industry products+solutions and business development
