We are hiring a full-time Automotive Sales Consultant to deliver an outstanding customer experience and help clients find the right vehicle with confidence and clarity. This is not a traditional commission-only sales role. Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and service-first manner. Build relationships in the local community and develop a strong online presence to grow a personal client base. Conduct needs assessments and guide customers to the right vehicle based on lifestyle, budget, and usage. Deliver confident vehicle walkarounds, feature demonstrations, and accompany customers on test drives. Manage the full sales process from initial contact through delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance at every step. Use the CRM to manage follow-up, schedule appointments, and maintain a consistent pipeline (goal of 1–2 appointments per day). Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed store performance targets while maintaining a high-integrity customer experience. Stay current on new products, trims, technology, and accessories and clearly communicate value to customers. Maintain a clean, professional showroom and vehicle display areas, including seasonal tasks such as snow removal from display vehicles as needed. Requirements
Sales experience preferred (automotive experience is a plus, but not required). Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-first mindset. Highly organized with the ability to manage follow-up, appointments, and a sales pipeline consistently. Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, and digital communication tools (text/email/video). Proven ability to build rapport, earn trust, and maintain long-term client relationships. Self-motivated, coachable, and committed to continuous improvement through training and feedback. Must be able to work a flexible retail schedule, including Saturdays. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
