As an Entry-Level Sales & Leadership Development Associate, you’ll represent nationally recognized nonprofit clients in face-to-face campaigns. This role is ideal for recent graduates, former athletes, or competitive individuals looking to build real-world sales, communication, and leadership skills. Qualifications

Entry-level candidates and recent college graduates (all majors welcome) Former athletes, team leaders, or individuals with competitive backgrounds preferred Strong communication skills and a people-first mindset Coachable, reliable, and performance-driven Comfortable working in fast-paced, team-oriented environments Interest in sales, leadership development, marketing, or nonprofit work Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred No prior sales or marketing experience required — training is provided.
