Responsibilities
Greet customers at the end of the sales process and help them customize their vehicle with Accessories
Assist the customers in finding accessories that meet their needs by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
Enhance the sales process by demonstrating the features and benefits of Chevrolet Accessories
Close accessory sales while learning to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
Follow-up with customers who did not purchase accessories after delivery to maximize every opportunity
Deliver outstanding Customer Service with an experience second to none
Become a product specialist. Know the product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
Report Directly to the Sales Management Team regarding objectives, planned activities, and analyses
Requirements
Outgoing, dependable, self-motivated and displays a positive attitude
Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
Ready, willing and committed to learning the job
Strong interpersonal and communications skills one-on-one and over the phone
Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process
Proficient in basic business math including percentages
Prior Automotive Sales experience is preferred but not required
Willing to submit to a drug screen
Active driver's license with an acceptable driving record
