The Content Specialist executes digital content across client social media, email, and web channels. This role is responsible for translating approved strategy and messaging into high-quality, platform-native assets that are accurate, on-brand, and delivered on deadline. Working closely with account and creative teams, the Content Specialist is responsible for hands-on content production in a fast-paced agency environment. Core Responsibilities
Produce platform-specific content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, Reddit, TikTok, and emerging channels. Write clear, concise short-form copy for social media posts. Design visual assets for social media, email, and digital campaigns. Create, schedule, and manage social media content calendars, including static posts and short-form video. Support short-form and vertical video production for social platforms. Ensure all content meets brand, quality, and accuracy standards before publishing. Supporting Responsibilities
Design and format email layouts using established templates and brand guidelines. Assist with website content updates and basic CMS tasks. Design and update PDFs and digital collateral as needed. Track assets and deliverables across projects to support timely delivery. Prepare performance summaries in collaboration with account teams. Monitor platform trends and social conversations to help inform timely and relevant content execution. Qualifications
Approximately 5 years of experience creating digital content in a professional setting. Demonstrated experience creating content for social media, email, and web channels. Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or comparable tools. Excellent copywriting skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple deadlines with minimal supervision. Experience with email platforms and content management systems is preferred. Experience with short-form video editing tools is a plus. Organized, collaborative, and reliable. Comfortable working in a remote-first environment. Portfolio or work samples demonstrating relevant digital content are required.
