Our client has been around for 70 years and is a global provider of printing technology. They are a dynamic, family owned company with a rich history of innovation and a strong product portfolio. They are looking for a B2B sales professional who understands the landscape of industrial manufacturing and is comfortable selling solutions to plant managers within the New England Region.

Job Description

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for cultivating existing customer relationships and bringing on new business in a multi-state region (MA, NH, CT, VT, RI, ME).

The Regional Sales Manager will be expected to travel 50%+ to visit production plants and manufacturing clients as well as to participate in trade shows. Travel will be done by car, and candidates must be comfortable meeting clients in environments where hardhats and earplugs are sometimes required.

The ideal candidate is familiar with industrial environments and will be comfortable utilizing a CRM system to track and manage customer information and to input all sales forecasting data.

Requirements :

3–10 years of industrial B2B sales experience, ideally with a focus on selling within the manufacturing space.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to maintain collaborative relationships with colleagues across the organization and with clients.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to work well autonomously and travel as needed.

Location:

This is an outside sales position where ideal candidates will be based in the New England region (MA, NH, CT, VT, RI, ME) with the ability to work from home and travel via car to meet clients in their region multiple days a week. 50-60% travel by car is expected (2-3 days a week).
