We are experiencing significant growth due to our exciting new partnership with Costco and an expanded local event marketing schedule.
Your Role: As a Brand Ambassador, your role will be to engage with Costco shoppers, initiate conversations about their window and door replacement needs, and help them take the next step by scheduling a free in-home consultation. You’ll distribute marketing materials, share valuable information, and build relationships, understanding that not every conversation will result in an immediate yes. We\'re looking for positive, high-energy people who can handle the no\'s with grace and stay focused on creating new opportunities!
We offer both full-time and part-time schedules, with a competitive pay rate and unlimited bonus potential based on your personal performance.
Compensation & Benefits
$250 signing bonus after first 90 days with the company
$18.00 per hour
$35 per appointment
Bonuses on issued appointments $$ paid every two weeks
Weekly and monthly additional bonuses
Up to $1,000 referral bonuses

Brand Ambassador Basic Requirements
Reliable transportation and valid driver\'s license
Willingness to travel up to 20 miles to Costco warehouses
Must be able to stand or sit for 8+ hours daily
Able to work a varying schedule (hours/warehouse locations)
Weekend availability a must
