R1965The Project Sales Manager will establish and build relationships with influential developers, architects, designers, marketing groups and general contractors with the intention of having Miele products specified more often and increasing multi-unit project sales. This person will keep these key groups informed by utilizing email, mailings, events, contacts and feedback on projects in order to maintain an ongoing flow of communication and dialogue.**Your Responsibilities*** Prospect key developers and general contractors to secure meetings to promote the Miele brand & products* Accurate detailing and maintenance of all data recorded in Salesforce.* Build and maintain relationships with Kitchen Showrooms, who actively promote Miele products into multi-unit projects.* Work in conjunction with multiple divisions within Miele to promote all Miele sales channels.* Continually prospect, support & travel with the outside sales staffs of Miele MBA dealers.* Continually contact the Architect and Designer community and Real Estate Marketing groups involved in the specifying and designing of multi-unit projects.* Promote the use of the Regional Miele Experience Center with developers, contractors, architects and marketing groups for the purposes of conducting product specification meetings, budget meetings and training sessions.* Network with regional builder & trade organizations.* Attend local Builder Trade Shows.**What We're Looking For*** Bachelor's degree* 5+ years of relevant construction market sales experience* Excellent oral and written communication skills* Excellent time management skills* Computer literate w/ Microsoft Office package* Valid driver's license is required* Interested candidates that possess dedication, the skills to exceed our customer's expectations as detailed herein and the drive to join a growing appliance brand are encouraged to apply.**Benefits*** Comprehensive health, dental and vision insurance* Wellness discounts on medical premiums* 100% covered life and long-term disability insurance* 401k with company match* PTO + holidays* Discounted gym membership* Generous Employee Purchase Program* Wellness and volunteer programsMiele is an Equal Opportunity Employer and supports and enforces a drug-free workplace.
