$28 to $33 per hour

Schedule:

Monday through Friday full time

The Learning Experience in Santa Clarita is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Center Director to support daily center operations and partner closely with the Center Director. This is an urgent leadership role and is ideal for a candidate with strong center management experience who thrives in a fast paced, team oriented environment.

What You Will Do

Support the Center Director with daily operations and administrative leadership

Assist with staff scheduling, coverage, and ratio management

Provide leadership, guidance, and support to teaching staff

Support enrollment, tours, and family communication

Ensure compliance with California licensing and company standards

Assist with training, onboarding, and staff development

Maintain a positive, organized, and collaborative center environment

California Requirements

Must have center management experience

Minimum of three years experience in a licensed early learning or childcare center

ECE units per California licensing guidelines

CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain
