Position Summary

The Marketing Manager at Wythe Hotel oversees the planning, creation, and delivery of all content. Maintaining a vision for Wythe that is timely, on-brand, and aligned with business priorities; balancing long-term storytelling with the ability to respond quickly to evolving needs. The Marketing Manager manages both external shoots and leads in-house content production, focused on delivering photo and video materials that are high-quality, versatile, and thoughtfully produced while staying on budget and on schedule. They maintain an organized, searchable asset library and actively manage marketing channels so they feel current, intentional, and well cared for. This role translates performance data into insights that inform our creative and strategic decisions, helping the Wythe brand continue to grow with clarity and purpose. This role requires a balance of tactical planning, project management, and hands-on execution. You own the systems, processes, and standards that take content from concept through execution —resulting in work that is thoughtful, polished, and unmistakably on-brand. Key Responsibilities

Brand Stewardship Uphold and maintain a consistent brand identity across all touchpoints for Wythe Hotel including Bar Blondeau and Le Crocodile. Conduct regular audits across channels to ensure content is accurate, current, on-brand, and technically sound Act as a brand gatekeeper, ensuring creative output meets established standards before publication Project Management Identify content needs across web, social, email, paid media, partnerships, and on-site channels Manage and maintain the content calendar, providing cross-functional visibility into monthly and quarterly plans Balance long-term campaign planning with real-time needs Align in-house content production and larger-scale shoots with business priorities Content Production Regularly capture photo and video content in-house for marketing, social, editorial, and real-time opportunities; to include private dinners, breakfast service, afternoon tea Edit and deliver polished assets efficiently across formats (still imagery, reels, stories, short-form video, etc.) Brief, schedule, and manage all photo and video shoots, including budgets, contracts, shot lists, timelines, and deliverables Lead planning and execution of larger shoots with third-party photographers, videographers, and creative partners Post Production & Asset Management Edit and oversee editing of photo and video assets through final delivery Maintain a well-organized digital asset library with clear naming conventions and usage guidelines Optimize assets for platform-specific formats and performance Channel Management Email:

Oversee list management; manage email creation, scheduling, and deployment Social:

Manage platform presence and community engagement, including posting, scheduling, responding, and growth initiatives Video:

Brainstorm and create engaging and eye-catching video content. ‘Mini-movies’ that translate Wythe’s brand from idea to screen Website:

Execute ongoing site content updates and maintain a regular publishing cadence for Wythe Journal Third-Party & Other:

Maintain accurate and compelling content across third-party listings, Canary, event sales materials, and on-site print collateral Reporting Prepare monthly performance reports for email and social channels (KPIs to be defined in collaboration with leadership) Use performance insights to make recommendations on future content planning and optimization Qualifications and Skills

4+ years of experience in marketing, content, or creative production roles Excellent organizational and project management skills Strong visual sensibility and attention to detail Strong hands-on experience producing and editing photo and video content in-house Proficiency with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut, Premiere, Lightroom, or similar) Exceptional writing, copyediting and video editing abilities Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Enthusiastic cultural engagement and strong personal taste, with an active interest in hospitality, food, design, and the creative ecosystem that surrounds Wythe Hotel Genuine curiosity about the Wythe brand; eager to immerse yourself in our community and learn more. Ability to work on-site Monday through Friday Valued

Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, food & beverage, or design-led brands Familiarity with paid media creative requirements and asset optimization Motion graphics, light animation, or advanced video editing skills Strong understanding of brand voice development and editorial storytelling Compensation
