Overview Senior Field Marketing Manager – Remote, United States. Reports to VP, Field Marketing. Based in the US; remote office possible.

Position Summary As the Sr. Field Marketing Manager for North America, you will collaborate with NAMER Sales, marketing, client success, and agencies to build and execute integrated marketing plans that drive pipeline and revenue. You will partner with global marketing teams and manage end-to-end execution, including progress reports and results.

The role focuses on building relationships with sellers and sales leaders, providing strategic guidance on territory marketing plans and tactics to generate new opportunities. You will ensure integration and communication across teams, consistent messaging, unified branding, and use of corporate tools and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Develop strategies and execution plans for NAMER integrated campaigns with the NAMER campaigns team to drive leads and pipeline.

Coordinate with regional field marketing leaders to align cross-regional priorities and adapt to market conditions.

Own cross-NAMER success metrics (leads and pipeline) and report to marketing and sales leadership and GM’s; monitor lead actions and velocity to meet/exceed goals.

Drive audience acquisition and targeting for flagship events; collaborate with sales to develop regional event strategy with NAMER events team.

Education S./B.A. degree in marketing.

Location Remote – North America Region

Experience 10+ years in marketing including field marketing, with experience in demand generation/campaign management leadership at B2B technology companies.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven ability to develop marketing strategies to drive revenue, create compelling content and programs, and manage campaigns and events across digital channels; strong measurement, project management, and attention to detail; ability to innovate and manage many moving parts.

Experience in developing and executing integrated, ROI-driven campaigns and pipeline generation in NAMER.

Understanding of the customer lifecycle to build campaigns aligned to the buyer’s journey.

Superior communication skills; ability to influence sales leaders and AEs across levels.

Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (preferably Marketo and Salesforce).

Strong analytical abilities; data-driven with insights for optimization.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and wear multiple hats.

Strong organization and time management, rigor, and attention to detail.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: general salary range is 137k – 164k depending on skills and experience.
