Washington, DC/Annapolis area – position is hybrid (2-days in office) About the Role:

If you have hands-on experience with digital media platforms like Meta, Google, or programmatic—and you’re hungry to expand your skill set—this role is built for you. Further is looking for a Digital Media Manager who’s excited about the future of AI, energized by fast-paced campaign work, and motivated by helping nonprofits create meaningful impact. This is a growth-oriented role where you’ll sharpen your analytical abilities, deepen your platform expertise, and contribute to campaigns that matter. You’ll work closely with a collaborative team and have a clear path toward Senior Media Manager, Associate Account Director, and beyond. What You’ll Do: Managing and optimizing campaigns across SMS, programmatic, paid search, Meta, and more Monitoring performance and serving as a primary point of contact for vendor partners Supporting Account Directors with channel research and strategic recommendations Implementing and troubleshooting tracking pixels and conversion events Preparing performance reports and campaign wrap-ups for clients Writing ad copy for Meta, display, and search campaigns Tracking project deliverables to ensure on-time execution Participating in client meetings and contributing to internal ideation What You Bring: 1–2 years of experience in digital media buying or campaign management Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Microsoft Ads, and/or programmatic platforms Familiarity with digital strategy, analytics, and performance measurement Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), PowerPoint, and Canva Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities Clear written and verbal communication A proactive, flexible, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset Comfort with an always-on digital landscape, including occasional after-hours needs Bonus: Certifications in Google Analytics or Google Ads Bonus: Relevant coursework or advanced degrees for recent graduates Why Further: You’ll join a team that partners with mission-driven organizations and believes in continual improvement—both personally and professionally.
