Position Summary The Marketing Manager is the primary marketing lead for one or more Amplēo divisions. The primary goal of this role is to drive revenue by generating qualified demand (MQLs) and supporting sales conversion.
The Marketing Manager ensures tight alignment between division leadership and the Amplēo Group Head of Marketing while turning strategy into execution. They own the division marketing plan, manage marketing and BD budgets, coordinate execution through shared services, and are accountable for performance against marketing and sales goals.
This is a hands-on role that requires both leadership and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and own the division marketing plan aligned with revenue and growth objectives
Maintain alignment between division leadership and Amplēo marketing leadership
Define and maintain the ideal customer profile (ICP), positioning, and core messaging
Translate business priorities into clear, executable marketing initiatives
Manage and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives end-to-end
Coordinate deliverables across shared services teams (web, creative, content, demand generation, and business development)
Sequence and track work to ensure timely delivery of projects
Manage projects within ClickUp and maintain visibility across stakeholders
Manage marketing and business development budgets and adjust spend based on performance and pipeline impact
Monitor and manage key performance metrics including MQL volume, conversion rates, cost per lead, customer acquisition cost, and campaign/channel performance
Provide regular reporting on results, risks, and recommended adjustments
Ensure consistency across marketing and sales materials
Contribute to development and refinement of marketing content as needed
Lead weekly Marketing/BD syncs with division leadership and shared services partners
Provide weekly updates to the growth team on marketing performance and project status
Collaborate effectively within a shared-services, matrixed environment
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Highly organized, accountable, and metrics-driven
Strong project management, budgeting, and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
Proficiency in event management software and marketing tools, especially HubSpot.
This role is limited to candidates residing in Utah due to operational, payroll, and compliance requirements. Applicants who do not currently reside in Utah will not be considered.
