Overview
Renewal by Andersen is the full-service replacement window division of Andersen Windows. We are looking for a hands-on leader to manage and grow our Event & Retail marketing program in the Northern Indiana market. This is a field-based leadership role for someone who enjoys leading people, building structure, and driving results across multiple locations and environments. In this role, you will lead teams in retail locations, events, and community partnerships, building structure, driving performance, and developing people. What You’ll Do
Lead and manage a team of 20–40 Brand Ambassadors and Supervisors Spend time in the field supporting retail locations, events, and community partnerships Plan, execute, and evaluate performance for the Event & Retail program Hire, train, and develop Brand Ambassadors and Supervisors Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable to performance goals Adjust strategies based on seasonality and market needs Provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance discussions Partner with leadership to forecast results and improve conversion Travel throughout the Northern Indiana market weekly (no overnight travel) What We’re Looking For
Required: 1–3+ years of experience leading or managing a team Experience working in a structured environment (retail, field sales, events, or multi-site operations) Comfortable managing teams in the field Strong communication and people-leadership skills Ability to take ownership of results and adapt when things change Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Nice to Have (Not Required)
Experience building or scaling teams Business development or growth-focused background Event, retail, or field marketing experience Familiarity with CRMs or workforce tools (training provided) Schedule & Travel
Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends Weekly travel within the Northern Indiana market No overnight travel required Compensation & Benefits
