Responsibilities
Collaborate with
corporate, public sector, and multinational
clients to understand their challenges and deliver
customized advisory solutions Conduct
in-depth assessments
to identify inefficiencies, improve decision-making, and strengthen business operations Develop and present
data-driven recommendations
for optimizing leadership, processes, and overall organizational performance Design and implement
strategic frameworks
that align with client goals and drive sustainable growth Lead and participate in
client consultations , delivering insights through presentations, reports, and workshops Support
risk management ,
negotiation strategies , and
conflict resolution
efforts across diverse industries Work with
cross-functional teams
to deliver practical, actionable, and measurable solutions Manage client relationships, ensuring

successful project outcomes Qualifications
Minimum 3
years
of experience in
business consulting ,
strategic advisory , or a related field Proven ability to deliver
high-level advisory services
across corporate, public, or multinational organizations Strong
analytical

skills with experience delivering

strategic planning ,
organizational change , and
process optimization Demonstrated ability to manage
