POSITION OVERVIEW Acquis Consulting Group is seeking intelligent and experienced consultants to contribute to our Strategy and Transformation practice. Candidates should have 3-5 years’ relevant consulting experience with the following: corporate strategy, operating model design, business transformation and / or change management.

Our Strategy and Transformation practice at Acquis is undergoing tremendous growth. Therefore, the ideal candidate will be a pragmatic self-starter who is excited to take on new challenges to help clients achieve their most pressing strategic and operational goals. Candidates should be open to working on projects across the strategy and transformation spectrum.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct detailed assessments to identify and prioritize challenges and opportunities for the client’s organization

Analyze data and client documents to identify key trends and performance gaps

Participate in team problem solving efforts, bring ideas and hypothesized solutions to solve client challenges and pain points

Distill complex strategic concepts and organizational pain points into tangible next steps and recommendations that are easily digestible for C-level clients

Identify downstream impact of proposed solutions from a people, process, and technology lens

Facilitate workshops and meetings with client stakeholders to drive decision making and alignment

Design and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of transformation / operating model design / strategy / etc.

Drive large scale business / digital transformation programs

Lead workstreams and assist in development of junior staff

Accountable for timely completion and accuracy of deliverables

Develop detailed project plans and continuously monitor to track progress

Manage and grow client relationships and act as a trusted advisor they can turn to with questions or challenges

Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training, mentorship programs and daily project learnings

Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to encourage continuous innovation and improvement

Assist in business development efforts

Thrive in an entrepreneurial, results-oriented, small business environment

EDUCATION

BS or BA (Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Sciences preferred)

MBA is not required but would be beneficial in this role; only MBAs with prior consulting experience are considered

SKILL SET AND EXPERIENCE Required skill sets include but are not limited to:

3-5 years of consulting experience where you gained exposure to large scale project(s) in one or more of the following:

Corporate Strategy

including growth strategy, go to market strategy and / or strategy activation

Operating Model Development

including organization structure and design, capability mapping, organization governance, process optimization and / or tool evaluation / implementation

Change Management

including change impact assessments, communications plans, change readiness and / or training

Transformation Management

including program management and governance, solution design, and / or continuous monitoring

Proven track record in working with and engaging clients throughout the project lifecycle

Strong organization skills with experience managing project plans and workstream deliverables

Clear and effective communication skills, demonstrated ability to write and present ideas in a manner that appeals to a wide audience

Strong problem solving and trouble shooting skills

PREFERRED SKILL SETS

Design thinking methodologies and co-creation workshop facilitation

Data analytics and reporting

Digital transformation – robotic process automation, artificial intelligence, machine learning, Agile methodologies

Experience working with Lean Six Sigma

Experience leading / mentoring junior staff

SALARY Actual compensation is influenced by many factors including individual skill set, experience, specific office location, and qualifications. For positions located in New York City only, the range of starting pay for this role is $72k-$168k. This role may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus or performance-based incentives.
