Vice President of Sales
to lead sales strategy, business development, and proposal efforts across multiple markets. This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who brings confidence, curiosity, and the drive to grow a complex business while building strong internal and external partnerships. The company has a solid technical foundation and experienced operating teams. The next VP of Sales will help sharpen market focus, strengthen customer relationships, and guide sustainable growth.
What you will do
Lead sales strategy, revenue planning, and pipeline management
Build and maintain relationships with customers, contractors, and industry partners
Oversee bids and proposals, including pricing and win strategy
Partner closely with operations to align sales efforts with delivery
Lead and develop a small sales team
Represent the company in the market and within the broader industry
What we are looking for
Senior sales leadership experience in an industrial, construction, infrastructure, or technical services environment
Proven ability to grow revenue and influence outcomes at an executive level
Strong relationship-building skills and comfort working across diverse markets
A collaborative leadership style grounded in trust and accountability
Solid business judgment and the ability to ask thoughtful, challenging questions
Willingness to travel as needed and stay engaged with customers
A technical background is helpful but not required. Leadership presence, adaptability, and a long-term mindset are essential.
