
* Serve as the proactive, strategic point of contact for clients using the AMP Marketing Technology Platform, with heavy emphasis on email, texting, and direct mail performance.* Develop and strengthen client relationships by delivering exceptional service, problem resolution, and consistent communication.* Collaborate seamlessly with Product, Implementation, Performance Management, and other internal partners to align client goals and operational needs.* Maintain regular cadence of client engagement to promote product adoption, improve marketing outcomes, and reduce churn risk.* Conduct consultative reviews for dealership and dealer group leadership, including:

+ Creative and template assessments
+ Customer segmentation strategy
+ Process tree evaluations
+ Ad hoc email/SMS marketing opportunities
+ Call script and follow-up process review* Utilize CRM and marketing analytics to deeply analyze email/SMS performance metrics such as:
+ Send volume, open, and click rates
+ Customer engagement and task creation
+ Lead follow-up behaviors
