What You\'ll Do
Business Development & Revenue Growth
Identify, pursue, and secure new business with general contractors specializing in multifamily new construction.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet sales targets and expand market share.
Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and proposals through contract negotiation and close.
Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities using CRM tools.
Account Management & Relationship Building
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned general contractor accounts.
Build long-term, trusted relationships with project managers, purchasing agents, and executive decision-makers.
Conduct regular business reviews to ensure client satisfaction and uncover growth opportunities.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Technical & Product Expertise
Maintain deep knowledge of our cabinet product lines, specifications, and manufacturing capabilities.
Provide technical guidance and solutions aligned with project requirements and building codes.
Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to contractors and stakeholders.
Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and multifamily market dynamics.
What You\'ll Bring
Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
10+ years of successful B2B sales experience in building products, cabinetry, millwork, or construction materials.
Proven track record of selling to general contractors in the multifamily, commercial, or hospitality markets.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas and grow account revenue.
Strong understanding of the construction bidding process and project lifecycle.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite
Valid driver\'s license and ability to travel regularly within the Southeast U.S.
