Strong expertise in SEO and AEO, and ability to tie YouTube content to modern search behavior
Ability to perform competitive landscape analysis and turn insights into actionable channel strategy

Day to Day Insight Global is looking for a Social Strategist that will lead the stand up of a fully operational channel strategy from scratch and driving all YouTube‑first planning. They will audit current performance, analyze the competitive landscape, and create platform‑native content frameworks, programming calendars, and creative briefs. They must deeply understand YouTube algorithms, discovery signals, watch‑time and retention behavior, and how thumbnails, titles, metadata, and video structure affect search and visibility. They’ll ensure all content aligns with SEO and AEO best practices to strengthen the brand’s presence across YouTube.
